About Us
Church Family
Welcome to all who love the Lord and anyone who seeks Him! We would enjoy meeting you in person.
Have you just moved into the area? Are you looking for a biblical church? Here are some reasons why you may like to worship with us:
We are a small, friendly, non-denominational fellowship of evangelical Christians who aim to build one another up in biblical faith, show love in action, encourage others, and seek to be a light and a witness in this often difficult, lonely or hostile world around us.
Church Activities
Our Sunday morning Bible Teaching is a special feature. We systematically explore whole books of the Bible, devotional themes or doctrinal studies in order to learn from God's Word and grow in grace. We also break bread every week to remember our Lord and Saviour until He comes again.
Once a month, we have a Family Gospel Service on the fourth Sunday evening. Our aim is to reach Kids Club parents and others in the community with the gospel through contemporary messages, children's segments and music.
Regular Family Bible Studies take place on Tuesday nights at 7 PM in various homes, and newcomers are always welcome. We also have a Women's Bible Study every second Thursday at 1 PM, where women of all ages and cultural backgrounds will find a friendly and nurturing environment in which to learn more about Scripture (unfortunately, no child minding facility).
Friday Kids Club was the answer to a dwindling Sunday School. In school terms, children from the wider community gather from 4.30 to 6pm for Bible Stories, songs, activities and lots of craft. Once a year we also have a holiday programme.
Youth Group: at the moment there is no regular youth group, but our teens and others have outings and assist impressively with all of our outreach to the community.

Church Leadership
Our community church is governed by biblical eldership and is lead by a team of two Elders. If you are interested to learn more about spiritual church leadership, you may wish to read our short study guide Biblical Pattern for Spiritual Leadership.

David Green is one of our Elders. He is an excellent Bible teacher and also takes care of church finances. David used to be a bank manager and now runs his own transport company. He and his wife Rachel (a lovely paediatric nurse) recently took a trip to the Middle East. See them standing next to the memorial stone of Moses.

Alan White is our pastoral Elder who organises our services, engages in teaching and pastoral work, writes our church bulletins and takes care of secretarial duties. He and his wife Cynthia are retired school teachers, presidents of Macarthur Gideons and Auxiliary, and together they run our Friday afternoon Kids Club. Alan also preaches at other churches and Cynthia speaks at ladies' meetings.
What We Believe
We are an evangelical community church where belief and practice are based on the Bible.
Because priority is given to the sharing of the Good News “that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ” (2 Corinthians 5: 19), we welcome all who wish to learn more about this God of Love.
Of equal Importance to us is the remembrance of Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross on the first day of the week in the way that He instituted it on the night of His betrayal. Fellowship is extended to all who honour the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour and are endeavouring to live for Him.
We practice believers' baptism and strive to build one another up by careful study and application of God’s Word to our daily lives.
Biblical instructions such as “Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly “ (Colossians 3:16) and “...grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3 : 18), encourage us to grow in grace and live out our faith.
